How I Learned to Stand Here

A lived path through awakening, integration, and coherence

Movement 1: From Technique to Coherence

My work is not based solely on applying techniques to fix symptoms, nor solely on passively holding space while processes unfold on their own.

It is grounded in the capacity to remain present with another person’s experience without becoming entangled in it. I can feel emotional and energetic pain directly, while remaining centred enough to contain it. This establishes a field of safety in which deeper layers of the system can reorganise.

From within that field, I work actively and precisely. This may include dissolving blockages or restoring coherence within or between mental, emotional, etheric, astral, causal, or occasionally physical layers. At times, the work may extend beyond the bodies named here when that is what the system requires.

I do not work from analysis or intention-driven effort. I step out of the way so that intelligence beyond the personal mind can move through embodied awareness. Words and guidance arise through Presence, allowing what wants to be said to be spoken through me.

Most of the work is done primarily using the client’s own energy. At times, other external intelligences or energetic orders may be present when appropriate, including Reiki, dharma shamanic system energies, or other non-human intelligences aligned with Source. These are not invoked on request, but arise naturally when supportive to the client’s process.

The aim is not transcendence, catharsis, or spiritual experience. It is the gradual restoration of coherence, so that a person can return more fully to their authentic self beneath conditioning, while retaining the wisdom gained from lived experience.

My work is not the result of a single modality or a linear path of certification.
It has emerged through lived transformation, study across multiple disciplines, and most of all through being, rather than through doing.

I have engaged with a range of somatic, energetic, spiritual, and analytical fields. Some of these supported access to Presence and Essence. Some introduced tools that may be used when appropriate. Others catalysed deep internal shifts. None of them define how I work.

I work relationally, responsively, and in service of coherence rather than technique.

While this list reflects the paths I have formally walked, my work is not a reproduction of any system.
It arises from direct experience, discernment, and the capacity to meet each person where they are; beyond method, and aimed at a return to coherence

Movement 2: From Awakening to Integration

Awakening on its own does not create clarity, stability, or wisdom.
Without integration, expanded perception can fragment the system, destabilise relationships, or become spiritual identity rather than lived truth.

My own path was not defined by a single awakening event, but by successive openings that required increasing levels of embodiment. Each expansion revealed more of what I am, and each also exposed what had not yet been integrated. Insight alone was not enough. What mattered was whether it could be lived.

Integration, as I understand it, is often misunderstood. It is not a collapse into the physical, nor a softening of consciousness to remain comfortable or functional. It is the capacity to remain connected to higher aspects while fully inhabiting the body, nervous system, emotions, relationships, and responsibilities of human life.

This required meeting unresolved patterns and survival adaptations directly, without bypassing them through spirituality or reducing them to psychology. It also required remaining receptive to further expansion, guidance, and movement beyond familiar identity. Neither ascent without embodiment, nor embodiment without ascent.

Over time, this clarified key distinctions:

  • Activation and embodiment

  • Sensitivity and coherence

  • Insight and integration

What emerged was the ability to remain present and functional while holding intensity, contradiction, and depth without dissociation or collapse.

This is why my work does not chase peak states or spiritual experiences. It supports coherence across all layers, so that expanded awareness can be lived, expressed, and sustained.

Healing, in this sense, is not about becoming someone else.
It is about restoring full access to who you already are beneath conditioning, fragmentation, and adaptation, and living from that place with integrity.

This page is not a list of services or beliefs. It is an account of how I came to work the way I do, and why my approach prioritises coherence, ethics, and integration over techniques or spiritual identity

Movement 3: From Polarity to Inner Union

As the process deepened, it became clear that integration was not only about stabilising awakening or resolving conditioning.

In my experience, awakening first brought forward the Divine Feminine aspect of my Essence. This expressed as increased sensitivity, receptivity, surrender to a higher power, intuition, and openness to external energies. There were moments when the Divine Masculine showed through, but they were intermittent and not yet fully embodied. Much of the early path involved surrendering into this Feminine current, allowing it to move through daily life without suppression or control.

Only after this surrender was complete did the Divine Masculine aspect begin to arise in a sustained and embodied way. Not through effort, assertion, or force, but organically. It emerged as containment, clarity, steadiness, and the capacity to hold intensity without becoming overwhelmed. This Masculine did not override the Feminine. It allowed it to feel safe enough to fully express.

What I refer to as Inner Union describes this lived integration. The Divine Feminine and Divine Masculine aspects of Essence are no longer operating in imbalance or sequence, but in relationship. Sensitivity is held by structure. Openness is met by discernment. Compassion is supported by strength. This is not a state of perfection, nor an endpoint. It is an ongoing orientation of coherence.

This shift fundamentally changed how I meet others. I am no longer working from mainly one polarity at a time, I am able to be in my full Essence which is a combination of both energies. This allows me to hold complexity without polarising, to remain open without losing centre, and to act decisively without hardening.

Movement 3 is not something unique to me. It is a natural phase of maturation for those whose path includes awakening through polarity. My role is not to lead others toward an idealised state, but to recognise where they are in their own unfolding, and to support the next movement that wants to emerge in alignment with their Essence.

During the treatment, my body was feeling altering sensations, very subtle but definitely present. After the treatment, I felt as if the burden of certain painful memories I started to remember differently, with more ease.

I had a distance healing session done by Rod and it was my second time with him. I experienced an immediate shift during and after the healing. Then within the next two weeks I experienced more clearing out of the wound energy and felt healing taking root and anchoring into the spot we focused on during our session.
