Energy Healing

Energy work supporting coherence across subtle and embodied layers

At Dragon Eye Healing, energy healing works with the body’s natural energy field across subtle, and embodied levels of experience. Sessions may engage with various issues, including emotional, somatic, relational, ancestral, karmic, or non-local influences, depending on what is present and relevant for the individual at the time.

Experiences such as inherited patterns, early-life imprints, past-life influences, or external energetic interactions can create disturbances within the system. These may affect areas of a person’s life including emotional wellbeing, physical vitality, and perception. Energy healing supports the release and reorganisation of these patterns, allowing greater alignment, clarity, and integration to emerge.

Sessions are not protocol-driven. Each session is responsive to what is actually present, and may involve silent energy work, verbal reflection, or periods of stillness. The emphasis is on restoring coherence instead of imposing change, allowing insight and integration to arise naturally rather than being forced.

Spiritual Coaching

Guidance for navigating awakening without bypassing the human, relational, or spiritual dimensions

Spiritual coaching within a session is about bringing understanding, orientation, and choice to experiences that can otherwise feel overwhelming, confusing, or destabilising.

For those undergoing awakening, particularly spontaneous or unstructured awakenings, language, reflection, and relational presence can be very useful for integration. Coaching supports the ability to recognise what is arising, distinguish between different layers of experience, and respond consciously rather than reactively.

This may include navigating heightened sensitivity, shifts in identity, relational dynamics such as catalytic / mirror-soul connections that accelerate consciousness, or learning to trust and interpret intuitive perception without losing grounding in daily life. The emphasis is always on integration: staying human whilst also staying connected to the higher aspects, to fully embody all aspects of your being as much as possible, while consciousness expands. This is all with a focus on ethical approach to what is changing within you.

Sessions draw on lived experience rather than frameworks, and are responsive to what is actually present. Practices or tools may be introduced where appropriate, but the focus remains on coherence rather than accumulation

While energy healing is a powerful complementary tool for self-discovery and transformation, it is not a substitute for professional medical treatment.

Rather than addressing physical conditions directly, energy healing works on an energetic level, helping to clear the underlying patterns that may contribute to imbalance. Once an issue has manifested physically, a holistic approach may be beneficial, including traditional or alternative medical care, acupuncture, massage, nutrition, or movement.

Deep-seated energetic blockages often require multiple sessions to be fully released, allowing the body’s natural vitality to be restored over time.

It is important to note that I do not diagnose or treat medical or psychological conditions. My role is to facilitate energy shifts within the subtle body, encouraging a higher vibrational state that supports overall well-being.
